About Me
Hi! I’m Annette (she/her). I am a Brooklyn based actor and teaching artist, and proud member of AEA. I love telling stories. I have relied on them my entire life to help understand myself and the world around me. It is my passion to bring that experience to others. I love the collaboration, devising, nitty gritty work that goes into making new work.
I grew up in the dance world which led me to theatre. I took the one improv theatre class offered in the small Missouri town where I grew up when I was around eight. I vividly remember sitting in front of the mirrored walls reciting tongue twisters and playing elevator. It was fun and it didn't matter if I had the right feet! My interest in theatre quickly grew into a passion.

I got my BFA in Acting from the University of Miami where I also studied Spanish, and moved to New York shortly after graduation.
I have been so lucky to work on numerous theatre productions and short films regionally and in the city. I have the coolest gig as a teaching artist working with early childhood and elementary aged students. Other things I like: knitting, baking/cooking, spending time in the park, organizing (yes, I know), reading, daydreaming, playing board games. Thanks for stopping by and getting to know me!
